Meet the Eastern Shore PT Team
Sarah Lusk, MPT
Sarah Lusk is a Physical Therapist, UDN-C Certified Clinician, and Co-owner of Eastern Shore Physical Therapy, specializing in orthopedic and neuromusculoskeletal conditions. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Pre-Professional Health Sciences and her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama in 2000 and 2002 respectively, and has been with ESPT since 2005.
Sarah treats patients through movement analysis, hands-on care, exercise instruction, and patient education, and takes pride in helping people understand how their bodies work and how movement can improve their function and quality of life. She is passionate about motivating patients to achieve their goals, whatever they may be.
Outside of the clinic, Sarah lives in Bay Minette with her husband Nathan, their two dogs, Scarlett and Raja, and their horses, Rose and River. She is an avid equestrian, enjoys supporting Nathan in his ultramarathon training, and loves reading and spending time outdoors.
McKenzie Jones Beviacqua, DPT
McKenzie Jones Beviacqua is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, UDN-C Certified Clinician, and Co-owner of Eastern Shore Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The University of the South: Sewanee in 2015 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama in 2019, joining the ESPT team that same year.
Day-to-day, McKenzie helps patients regain strength, improve function, and decrease pain from a wide range of conditions, and finds her greatest reward in watching patients progress and return to the activities they love—whether that's recreational hobbies or keeping up with their kids and grandkids.
Outside of the clinic, McKenzie lives in Daphne with her husband Bryan, daughter Blakely, and their dogs Atlas and Bella. She enjoys spending time outdoors, binge-watching thrillers, and soaking up the sun at the beach.
Catherine Stinson, PTA
Catherine Stinson is a Physical Therapist Assistant with areas of focus in Orthopedics, Geriatrics, and Neuromusculoskeletal Rehabilitation. She earned her Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Pearl River Community College in 2004 and joined the ESPT team in 2023.
Catherine guides patients through their personalized treatment plans, leading them through exercises tailored to their specific needs and goals while encouraging and supporting them every step of the way. Watching each patient's progress—whether a small milestone or a major achievement—and seeing them return to the activities they love makes her work truly fulfilling.
Outside of the clinic, Catherine is a devoted wife to Joe and mother to their two sons, Micah and Jonah, and loves spending time outdoors and tackling DIY projects.
Kris Wendling, PTA
Kris Wendling is a Physical Therapist Assistant trained in Myofascial Release Therapy, with an educational background from the University of South Alabama, NVCC, and Pensacola Junior College, where she earned her Associate of Science degree in 1993. She joined the ESPT team in the fall of 2019.
Kris is passionate about building genuine relationships with her patients and helping them feel comfortable throughout their treatment. She believes that physical therapy can be a truly rewarding experience for both patient and therapist alike. Her goal is simply to help people—and to encourage them to not only meet their goals, but to keep striving for more.
Outside of the clinic, Kris lives in Fairhope with her husband Frank and their 14-year-old Maltipoo, Pepper. She loves spending time with her four children and six grandchildren—with a seventh on the way—and enjoys Auburn athletics, trying new restaurants, boating, music, dancing, and catching a good sunset.
Stephanie Freeman, MSPT
Stephanie Freeman, MSPT, is a dedicated physical therapist with a strong foundation in both patient care and education. She earned her undergraduate degree from Auburn University in 1993, where she also studied as a Child Life Specialist, before going on to complete her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Mobile in 1998. Stephanie began working PRN with Eastern Shore Physical Therapy in January 2026, providing skilled care across both the Daphne and Bay Minette clinics.
With decades of experience, Stephanie is especially passionate about helping patients understand their conditions so they can take an active role in their recovery. She believes education is key to achieving the best possible outcomes and works closely with each patient to build confidence and independence. Her approach is both supportive and practical, focused on restoring function and improving quality of life.
Outside the clinic, Stephanie enjoys staying active and making the most of the beautiful Eastern Shore. You’ll often find her at the beach or out on the Magnolia River boating or paddleboarding. She encourages her patients to find movement they genuinely enjoy—or a partner who helps keep them accountable—because consistency is what drives real results.
Stephanie lives in Fairhope with her husband, their three children, and their golden doodle, Harlee. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, yoga, yard work, reading, and traveling.
Victoria Jones
Victoria Jones is the Front Office Manager at ESPT, bringing over two decades of dedication to the practice since joining in 2022. She attended Skyline College and plays a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly through patient scheduling and day-to-day administrative duties.
What Victoria loves most about her work is the holistic nature of physical therapy and the daily interactions with patients, who she says feel like extended family. Her warmth and longevity at ESPT make her a familiar and welcoming face for patients walking through the door.
Outside of the clinic, Victoria resides in Spanish Fort with her husband Clifford of 42 years, their two spoiled dogs Happy and Oliver, and stays busy cheering on her two grown children—McKenzie, a physical therapist, and Max, an attorney in Atlanta. She loves running, entering local races, and spending time with her two granddaughters who she says keep her feeling 30 years young!
Tammy Walker
Tammy Walker is a friendly and dependable Front Office Coordinator who plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience for every patient at Eastern Shore Physical Therapy. She joined the team in April 2025, bringing a background in business education from Baldwin County High School and a natural ability to connect with people. Tammy assists patients with scheduling, answers questions, and helps ensure each visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
She takes pride in being a steady, supportive presence at the front desk, making sure patients feel comfortable and cared for the moment they walk through the door. Tammy chose to work in physical therapy because she values being part of a team that helps people feel better and improve their quality of life.
Known for her patience and compassion, Tammy strives to make each patient’s experience as simple and stress-free as possible. She believes that even small steps forward matter and encourages patients to take things one day at a time.
Outside of work, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and her fiancé, Elroy. One of her greatest joys is cheering on her granddaughters at their softball and travel ball games. She lives in McCullough and enjoys going out to eat, shopping, bowling, and relaxing with a good movie. Above all, Tammy values making memories with the people she loves and brings that same warmth and care into her work every day.
Atlas Beviacqua
Atlas Beviacqua, Director of Tail Wags, has been an essential member of the ESPT team since 2019, specializing in unconditional love and expert-level tail wagging. He takes his role seriously, offering snuggles and head scratches to patients and staff alike whenever the need arises.
Atlas is deeply committed to the emotional wellbeing of everyone who walks through the door, and his therapeutic presence speaks for itself. When he's not on duty, you can find him perfecting his craft in his favorite hobby—napping.
A true Baldwin County local, Atlas counts Starbucks among his favorite spots, and is a firm believer that their pup cups are, in fact, top tier.
Bella Beviacqua
Bella Beviacqua, Patient Encouragement Specialist, joined the ESPT team in 2021 and has since made it her personal mission to greet every patient upon arrival with warmth, enthusiasm, and a wagging tail. She specializes in emotional support, stress reduction, and ensuring no one ever feels unwelcome at the clinic.
Bella is passionate about her work, particularly the head scratches that come with it, and has a natural gift for lifting spirits and putting patients at ease. Her dedication to making every person feel seen and appreciated makes her an irreplaceable part of the team.
Outside of the clinic, Bella enjoys treats, belly rubs, and making new friends of both the two-legged and four-legged variety. Her hobbies include chasing squirrels, running at top speed, and an impressive dedication to the art of fetch.
